Myrsini Petroutsou

She started dancing at the age of 8 at the Greek National School of Dance, Athens (KSOT), where she stayed for three years. Later, she entered the preparatory section of the GNO Professional Dance School and, at the age of 15, she continued her studies in the professional section. During her studies she participated in GNO productions, collaborating with choreographers such as Andonis Foniadakis, Alexander Ekman and Daphnis Kokkinos. She graduated from GNO in 2018 and was admitted to the Corps de ballet of the Ballet de Catalunya Dance Company in Barcelona. There she participated in various productions such as The Nutcracker, Don Quixote, Swan Lake, etc. Returning to Greece, she collaborated with Greek and international choreographers such as Maria Gorgia, Thiago Bordin, Edward Clug, Dimitris Mytilineos, etc. She has attended seminars at Scapino Ballet Rotterdam and English National Ballet and, in 2016, she received a scholarship from the Onassis Foundation to attend the summer course at the American Ballet Theater.
