MADISON YOUNG

Born in Utah, USA, she received her education at the Ballet West Academy in her hometown and at the Houston Ballet Academy in Texas. After winning the Beau Rivage Palace Second Place Award at the prestigious Prix de Lausanne in 2016, she began an apprenticeship for the 2016/17 season with the Houston Ballet, where she advanced to group dancer in 2017. Under Manuel Legris’ direction, she became a Corps de ballet dancer for the Vienna State Ballet for the 2017/18 season. She was promoted to Soloist in 2018 and First Soloist in 2019. Madison joined the Bavarian State Ballet in Munich at the start of the 2020/21 season as a First Soloist. She was promoted to Principal in December 2021.
