Leon A. Nar

Leon A. Nar (b. 1974) has authored 10 books primarily focused on historical content, three plays, and holds a PhD in Modern Greek Philology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, along with a master's degree and postdoctoral research. He is a professor at the Anatolia College in Thessaloniki. He has been a speaker at numerous scientific conferences organised by various institutions, including the Bavarian Pedagogical Institute, the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Fulbright Foundation, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, University of Ioannina, University of Macedonia, Freie Universität Berlin, as well as various ministries, regions, and municipalities in Greece. He has published over 150 texts in journals (both print and online), 12 texts in collective volumes, and has spoken at numerous book presentations for both Greek and international authors. He had a regular column in the newspapers Ethnos (2017-18) and Makedonia tis Kyriakis (2006-08) and is a member of the editorial board of the journal THESSALONIKeON PoLIS.
