Daniele Pecorari

Born in 1997 in Narni (Italy). He started his dance studies at A.S.D Areaballet Terni with Michela Fausti from 2007-13. In 2009, he studied ballet for a year in Accademia Nazionale di Danza (Rome). Over the years he has been awarded in dance and ballet competitions while he has been offered to attend a summer course in the Royal Ballet School in London, UK (2013) and in the Ballet Summer Course Intensive in Gdyni, Poland (2014). In 2014, he received two scholarships for a full training programme at Scuola del Balletto di Toscana in Florence, Italy and at École Supérieure de Danse de Cannes Rosella Hightower in Cannes, France. He then decided to move to Florence where he studied for the next three years and in the last two years of which, he also participated in the Junior Balletto di Toscana (Florence) under the direction of Cristina Bozzolini. He also danced Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet by Davide Bombana throughout Italy. In 2017 he joined the CINEVOX Junior Company in Switzerland under the direction of Malou Fenaroli Leclerc where he has danced a wide neoclassical repertoire including a choreography by the famous Heinz Spoerli. In 2018, he joined the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre in Ostrava (Czech Republic), directed by Lenka Drimalova, where he danced a complete ballet, neoclassical and contemporary repertoire including works from Paul Chalmer, Mauro Bigonzetti, Giorgio Madia, Juanjo Arques, Krzysztof Pastor, Jiri Pokorny and others. Since 2021, he has been a member of the GNO under the direction of Konstantinos Rigos where he has danced Harlequin and Drummer from his Nutcracker choreography, Don Quixote by Thiago Bordin, Petite Mort by Jiri Kilian, Minus 16 by Ohad Naharin, Carmen by Johan Inger, Coppelia by Edward Clug and more.
