Manex Alberdi

Born in Bergara, Spain. He graduated from the Real Conservatorio Profesional de Danza Mariemma in Madrid, where he worked with Larreal Madrid Dance Academy Ensemble with choreographers such as: Ricardo Franco, Iratxe Ansa and Igor Bacovich (Metamorphosis Dance) and Gentian Doda. His professional career began at the Europaballet (Austria), working with choreographers such as Renato Zanella, Peter Breuer, Artur Kolmakov etc. He also performed at the Vienna State Opera, participating in the opera Madama Butterfly choreographed by Carolyn Choa and L' incoronazione di Poppea choreographed by Jan Lauwers (Assistant: Paul Blackman). In 2021 he became a member of the GNO Ballet, dancing choreographies by Konstantinos Rigos, Ohad Naharin, Jiri Kylián, Thiago Bordin, Gentian Doda, Giannis Mandafounis, Linda Kapetanea, Edward Clug, Johan Inger, Diego Tortelli etc.
