Yannis Mitrakis

Born in Athens in 1994, he studied at the Anna Petrova Professional Dance School (2010/12). He continued his studies at the Professional Dance School of the Greek National Opera (2012/15), while participating in such productions of the Greek National Opera as Die Fledermaus, Zorba the Greek, Chopin in love and Cinderella. After completing his studies (2015), he cooperated with the Würzburg Theatre Ballet, where he danced in such productions as Carmen, Scheherazade, Linchpin, The Glass Menagerie, Pope Joan, Death and the Maiden, Snow White, Requiem, Bluebeard’s Castle and The Rite of Spring. Since 2018 he has been a member of the Greek National Opera Ballet.
