of the Greek National Opera starts on Monday 21 September.

The presale of tickets for the performances of the Greek National Opera that will be held from October to December 2020 at the SNFCC starts on Monday 21 September. The Greek National Opera will operate at a  maximum capacity of 50% of the Stavros Niarchos Hall and the Alternative Stage and with a series of measures for the protection of the public health in place. The ticket presale starts online at ticketservices.gr, nationalopera.gr, and tickets.public.gr and at the GNO Box Office at the SNFCC and Public stores.  Advance booking will be possible for the following  productions:

    For the audience’s protection against COVID-19, the Greek National Opera recommends that the viewers purchase their tickets online and/or by telephone.
    The use of (non-medical) masks is obligatory in all venues of the GNO, during the entrance and exit of the audience and throughout the performances.
    The maximum capacity of the halls cannot exceed 50%, and every other two seats there will be two empty seats or an empty space. Single seats will also be available, with two empty seats on both sides.
    During the entrance, exit and intermission overcrowding must be avoided and the prescribed distances must be kept, with the usher’s help.
    The prescribed distance between the stage/orchestra and the audience shall be kept.
    All GNO’s spaces at the SNFCC are cleaned and disinfected according to the Greek State’s instructions. The air-conditioning and ventilation system of the halls and the foyer has also been configured according to the same instructions.
