Cancellation of "The Flying Dutchman" at Herod Atticus Odeon

The GNO announces that tonight's performance of The Flying Dutchman at the Herod Atticus Odeon has been cancelled following an announcement by the unions representing the GNO's musicians and singers of their participation in a 24-hour general strike in protest at the closure of state broadcaster ERT.

Ticket holders can call the GNO and the Greek Festival box offices for reimbursements, which will begin tomorrow, Friday, June 14, from the Festival's box office (39 Panepistimiou Str., Athens) and the GNO box office (Olympia Theater, 59 Academias Str., Athens).
