La Finta Semplice (The Pretended Simpleton)

After completing their cycle of studies, the students of the Greek National Opera's Opera Studio are presenting a contemporary take on Mozart's comic opera, The Pretended Simpleton.
The opera transports us to a magical toy store where the marionettes become the heroes and come to life. They fall in love, get into squabbles and set traps for one another. Through their surreal adventures and games of honour, they all end up connected in the bond of marriage.
